The Smart Cooker is highly customizable and provides consistency while cooking a wide variety of products. The smart controller can remember cooking times and temperatures for multiple stored recipes. Features steam injectors with quick-opening cover, wide-opening discharge doors and removable shaft seals. Stainless steel double-U vessel with spiral agitators. Agitators powered by SEW-Eurodrive 5 hp gearmotors. Vessel exterior approx 60.5″L x 37.5″W x 26″H MAWP for vessel: ATMOS psi at 400°F, MDMT: -20°F at ATMOS psi MAWP for heat transfer surface: 125 psi at 400°F, MDMT: -20°F at 125 psi Note: Steam jacket on back side does not hold pressure any longer. All other components appear to be in good condition. We can quote this unit as is or with the steam jacket rebuilt. Manual available upon request. condition: Good
