Description
A high-speed vortex cutter/mixer that chops, blends and mixes. High-grade stainless steel knives and shaft rotate at 1750 rpm, and can easily be removed for cleaning. Stainless steel bowl cover has a sight window that permits viewing and adding ingredients. Bowl: 19½” diameter x 10″ deep, volume: 25 quarts Bowl can tilt forward 90° to facilitate product removal.
