Werner Lehara 1-Meter Wire-cut/Depositor with assorted dies
This machine can be used to wire-cut, deposit directly on the steel belt as well as create continuous ribbons of product to be cut later by the band saw.

This line was used to make macaroons and biscotti. For macaroons, second oven used as a dryer. For biscotti, second oven used for the second bake of the product.
