Kettle: 33″ diameter x 23″ deep (to top of agitator)
Pour lip: 16″ wide at bowl narrowing to 4″ x 4.5″L
Working pressure: 30 psi at 300°F
Jacket tested at 70 psi.
Bottom outlet: 1.75″ diameter, with flange: 2.5″
Agitation powered by a Sumitomo 4 kW induction motor.
